DEEP WINTERING

I am delighted to collaborate with Dave Reynolds for this wonderful event.

A somatic and sensory experience to honour the Soul, uplift the Spirit, and bring Coherence to the Heart, Deep Wintering is for those interested in the process of moving through emotional and mental patterns that limit potential in one or many areas of life. Experienced, qualified, compassionate and empathic facilitators, Gemma and Dave, create and hold sacred space for an experience that will be what you intend for it to be.

We will discuss the why and how of Breathwork, not just with the benefit of research and data that reveal its powerful, transformative capacity, but also enriched with our own stories of healing and grace through the Breath.

There will be movement and playful activities to discharge energy that might hold resistance to the process, connection with your guides and assistants, Jo and Heather, as well as each other, allowing transition into the safe space of heart-centred, coherent presence with Ceremonial Cacao before we Breathe.

With expert guidance and sensitive facilitation, everyone's unique journey will be supported with you in the driver's seat of your own experience. With plenty of time for nervous system integration at completion, Dave will soothe and uplift with a range of instruments, including the Yidaki (didgeridoo). Allowing the resonant frequencies of this amazing ancient indigenous sound healing practise to bring coherence to energy fields, insight to decluttered minds, and light into gently opened heart chambers.

It is advisable to have a good breakfast if you are used to eating early or a brunch around 10 am, as the start time of 12 noon is right on lunchtime. We will be nourished by Cacao and the exceptionally qualified Prana during the session with a bliss ball to finish, and it is optimal to ground and integrate your experience with a meal afterwards and plenty of water, perhaps some barefoot earthing or even a cold ocean dip!

BYO any snuggly gear you love and a bottle of water. All equipment is provided with mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets; however, we know how wonderful it is to have familiar cocooning supports.
